Shipping & Handling Rates

Parcels shipped with our Courier service partner, can be track through the track & trace link we will provide using your order's tracking number, 

The Current Shipping Rate is : €3.50

Free on orders above €39

*Some surcharges apply for oversized items. locknlock.cy retains the right to change shipping rates at anytime.

 

Rules

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, locknlock.cy reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.

 

Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses.  We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.

 

International Orders

We are happy to ship to addresses within Cyprus. We are unable to ship to international addresses. 

Shipping Times

After credit card verification, your order will be shipped from Nicosia, Cyprus and will be delivered within 4-6 business days

       You can check on current order status by logging into your account.  

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed on weekends and on all major holidays 

     

Expedited Shipping

locknlock.cy does not currently offer expedited shipping.
